Mac Users:
Step 1: Go to http://www.microsoft.com/mac/otherproducts/otherproducts.aspx?pid=remotedesktopclient and download and install the Remote Desktop Client for Mac.
Step 2: Launch "Remote Desktop Connection"
Step 3: Enter "smests.xsconsulting.com" in "Computer"
Step 4: Click on "Options" and check the boxes for "Disk Drives" and "Printers"
Step 5: Click "Connect" and
Step 6: Check the box that won't warn you about this anymore and click "OK". (This is a warning stating that your disk drives will be available to the remote computer. You will need to do this if you would like to save reports.)
Step 7: Enter your username and password and click "OK" to log in.
